Acceptance of order

The contract in respect of the products supplied by us to you comes into existence when your order has been accepted by us. For the avoidance of doubt, please provide a correct email address and contact us if you do not receive a confirmation of your order within 48 hours

Your right To Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order with us at any time before the expiry of 7 days from the day after the date of delivery, goods not yet delivered please refer to the "contact us" page.

Please note that if your order has been processed we are unable to cancel it and therefore return costs are at your expense. Also please note that all monies unless otherwise requested are refunded back to your account.

If the delivery address refuse delivery of the goods or if you do not respond to the "sorry we missed you" card left by your driver WITHIN 5 DAYS, your order will be returned to the us and you will be charged for the return of the order.

 

Our right to Cancel and refund

In the event of non delivery of any items we reserve the right to refund the product cost back the customer

Wrong Delivery Address Inputted

If you provide us with a wrong delivery address and your goods are signed for by another party, Little-Treasures cannot be held responsible for any loss you incur as a result.

Text Messages

Little-Treasures will email you with dispatch notification of your order. Please ensure  you provide a current email address

Product Guarantee

All new items purchased from Little-Treasures are covered by a 6 months parts guarantee. Used items are covered by a 6 week guarantee, refunds for used items after this time will only be considered at the discretion of Little Treasures.  Items returned as faulty within 6 weeks of purchase will be eligible for a full refund.

We will exchange or repair any product if it displays a manufacturing fault within 28 days.

Accidental damage and damaged caused by misuse is not covered by this guarantee and therefore a charge will be made. If you have damaged any of your nursery items you may be able to make a claim against your household contents insurance.

This warranty does not affect your statutory rights

 

Specifications, Colours, Weights and Sizes

We reserve the right to alter specifications without prior notice. All sizes and weights given as a guide only and are approximate. Representations of colour are approximate due to the limitations of photographic and calibrations of different output devices. A name given to a product is not necessarily representative of the colour - for example Steel Blue is actually red. All goods are subject to availability.  Accessories supplied to co-ordinate with the main product may differ in shade; this is normally caused by the manufacturing process and is not a fault. Wood is a natural product and the grain or shade will vary form piece to piece, manufacturers normally use different grades of wood for items such as cots or cot beds and therefore the stain can appear differently.
